Maximum Sound Level Max sound level of no more than 106dBA when measured 20 inches from the exhaust pipe at a 45 degree angle (Title 21, Chapter 266:59-a)
State Insurance Requirements Compulsory Liability (Minimum Limits)(25/50/25) - Financial responsibility required. Persons under 18 must show proof of insurance when applying for driver's license.
Handlebar Height Handle bar grips cannot be higher than the shoulder level of the driver when in the seat or saddle.

Motorcycles operating two abreast in same lane Yes. 265:121 - Driving Motorcycles on Roadways Laned for Traffic. – I. All motorcycles are entitled to the full use of a lane and no motor vehicle shall be driven in such a manner as to deprive any motorcycle of the full use of a lane; provided, however, that 2 motorcycles may ride abreast in a single lane.
Lane Splitting 265:121 Driving Motorcycles on Roadways Laned for TrafficII. The driver of a motorcycle shall not overtake and pass in the same lane occupied by the vehicle being overtaken. III. No person shall drive a motorcycle on a roadway between lanes of traffic or between adjacent lines or rows of vehicles.
